Terms & Conditions

By booking an engagement with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which ensure a seamless, professional, and mutually enjoyable experience.

1. Conduct & Client Expectations

I expect all clients to be respectful, well-groomed, and mindful of my boundaries.
   •    Explicit language or inappropriate discussions before our scheduled time will result in immediate termination of communication.
   •    Mutual respect is essential—disrespectful behavior, intoxication, or any violation of my comfort will result in an immediate end to our engagement.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
   •    My deposit and rescheduling policies are outlined in my Deposit Policy section.
   •    Frequent cancellations or no-shows will result in refusal of future bookings.
   •    If you must cancel, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule and apply your deposit to a future date.

3. Meeting Locations
   •    I offer incall at a convenient, upscale location near Center City, Philadelphia, and South Jersey.
   •    Outcall bookings are available only to upscale hotels and private residences with proper verification.

4. Right to Decline or End a Booking

I reserve the right to decline any booking if I feel uncomfortable or if screening is incomplete.
   •    I will immediately end a booking if a client is under the influence, behaves inappropriately, disregards agreed-upon boundaries, or makes me feel unsafe.
   •    No refunds will be given if a session is terminated due to a violation of my terms.
